Everyone that has a young child knows how hard it is to keep them on task. But it's no chore for the teachers in the Pre-School class at Parkway. Incorporating fun activities, singing songs, creative crafts, and age-appropriate Bible lessons are the best way to keep these children engaged and excited about Jesus and his Gospel. These teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate, and ready to teach your little ones! This is one class your kids will be asking to attend!

Drop off for this class begins around 9:15, with the class time being from 9:30-10:30am in the NURSERY/PRESCHOOL.

Why is children's ministry so important?  In Luke 18:16, Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." 

Not only does a children's ministry teach about the glory of God, but it also gets these children involved in the church, encourages service in the community, and generally promotes an overall well-being of the most easily influenced among us. 

These classes are divided by age, so that your child gets the most out their Sunday School experience. The more our children are exposed to Biblical teaching, the more they will allow that seed to be planted in their hearts.

• Class 1 - grades 1 and 2
• Class 2 - grades 3 and 4
• Class 3- grades 5 and 6

Drop-off begins around 9:15, with the instruction time from 9:30-10:30am on Sundays in the Children's Department.

In our current society, with all the terrible influences pulling at our youth from different directions, the Student Bible Study program at Parkway is a light in the darkness. This age is terribly crucial for growth in a child's journey with Christ. Our children need good influences, a place of comfort, and the Gospel. Our teachers provide a comprehensive study of God's word in an engaging and captivating manor. Daily study of the Bible is encouraged and praised. All the other attributes we want our kids to exhibit are enhanced by walking more closely with God. 

Class time is 9:30 until 10:30 on Sunday mornings.

Join Brother Jonathan for a pastor-led class that encourages prayer, teaches Biblical truths, and enhances your walk with Christ. In attending this class,  you will be in for the exchange of ideas through learning, discussion, and fellowship, which will lead you to a greater understanding of His Word and how it applies to our lives.

We all know that just sitting in the sanctuary pew listening to and watching others do all the work is not walking in faith. In this class, Bro. Jonathan delves deep into the Gospel and teaches us believers how to actually walk with God.

This class meets from 9:30 to 10:30, in the basement.

With Bro. Raj at the helm, in this class you'll read and interpret the Bible and also learn how to apply this biblical knowledge to your everyday life. This will not only enhance your spiritual well-being, but it will also help build a more solid foundational belief system. Growth in our spiritual life and closeness to Jesus should be our top goal as Godly people, and in Adult 4 that's never been more evident.  We strive to learn more about the Old and New Testaments and how each of them is instructive for the Christian life. In learning more about God and His will, you'll discover gifts and abilities you have to serve God and His people.

Adult 4 is from 9:30-10:30am and meets in the basement under the main sanctuary.

Bible study and Sunday school go hand in hand. In Adult 5, the members range in age and in their place on their spiritual journey. Bro. Mike Ellard facilitates this Co-Ed group of believers and guides them through their extensive Bible study plan.  The goal of this class is to grow and mature in your faith through Bible study, fellowship, serving, and caring for those in need. Through fellowship, believers help each other with their spiritual needs.

Adult 4 Co-Ed meets at 9:30 on Sunday mornings in the basement under the main sanctuary.

Our goal in Adult Ladies' class is to grow in our knowledge and understanding of God’s word and to actively serve our church and community. Studies vary and are geared toward strengthening our relationship with the Savior and our faithfulness to Him. But not only does it strengthen our relationship with our God, but it leads us to desire to strengthen our relationships with other believers. We seek to care for our class members and grow in faith through study of the Bible. If you want to feel like you're surrounded by friends in a comfortable environment, this is the class for you.

Adult 5 Ladies' class meets at 9:30 every Sunday morning.
